MARCH SEMINAR – FAIR WORK DISMISSALS

The Australian Labour Law Association together with the Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia has pleasure in presenting the following seminar: Fair Work Dismissals.

Commissioner Williams will discuss the Federal statutory jurisdiction relating to termination of employment, focusing on changes to dismissal protections, procedures and outcomes pursuant to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).   Mr Steven Heathcote, Partner at Downings Legal, will provide a practitioner’s view of the new law, giving an insight into changes in the use of termination law.
