Education and Information on the New Workplace Relations Laws

Under the program, the Australian Government is providing $12.9m in funding to selected community, employee, employer and small business organisations to deliver education and information programs across Australia on how the Fair Work Act, 2009 will affect them.

A key focus of the program is to ensure employers, particularly small businesses, learn about the new system and comply with it, including new aspects such as the Fair Dismissal Code for Small Business.
