The Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia in conjunction with Deacons presented the following seminar:
"Union Rights of Entry"

Commissioner Mayman of the WA Industrial Relations Commission and the WA OSH Tribunal and Maria Saraceni, Partner at Deacons gave members and guests an insight into current rights of entry for union representatives on occupational safety and health matters. This seminar considered the changes made by WorkChoices reforms and reviewed different approaches to untested rights in state workplaces.
