Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Testing – An IR perspective
Organisations in safety sensitive industries must ensure that their employees are in a fit condition to carry out their duties. There is evidence that alcohol or drug impaired employees are the cause of a significant amount of damage, lost production and serious accidents.
This seminar will focus on the types of testing available – their reliability and validity and the recent AIRC decision which will have an impact on every workplace that has an AOD testing program.
