WiSER (Women in Social & Economic Research) along with the Australian Association of Gerontology and the Curtin Centre for Research on Ageing, is holding a half-day symposium titled
Work and Retirement: Policies for Extending Working Life
on Monday, 13 November 2006 from 9am to 12:30pm at the Curtin Graduate School of Business, 78 Murray Street, Perth.
Join Keynote Speaker, Chris Phillipson (Professor of Applied Social Studies and Social Gerontology, University of Keele, UK) and representatives from business, government and community groups in discussion of the implications of the ageing working population for Australia.
