The Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia in conjunction with Clayton Utz presented an entertaining discussion of "Termination of Employment under Work Choices" on Thursday 17 August 2006 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the QVI Theatrette in the Perth CBD. Neville Hodgson and Glen Bartlett revealed interesting and alternative views on the WorkChoices system of rights and obligations in relation to unfair and unlawful dismissal. Unfortunately there are no additional presentation materials available at this time.
