The Industrial Relations Society of Western Australia in conjunction with Mallesons Stephen Jaques presented "Transitional Arrangements under Workchoices" on Tuesday 30 May 2006 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at the Central Park Theatrette in the Perth CBD.
In this seminar, Cathy Fitz Gibbon (Senior associate of Workplace and Employee Relations at Mallesons Stephen Jaques) with Rob Lilburne (Partner of Workplace and Employee Relations at Mallesons Stephen Jaques) discussed transitional arrangements under WorkChoices. Chief Commissioner Tony Beech (Commissioner of the WA Industrial Relations Commission since 1988) also discussed the impact of Workchoices on the State Commission and the effect of the transitional arrangements on current state industrial instruments.  Unfortunately there are no additional presentation materials available at this time.
