Mark Ritter, Barrister, Wickham Chambers will talk on his experience as the Ministerial Inquirer into the OHS systems and practices of BHP Billiton and other matters.  Mark has extensive experience in OHS being regularly involved in personal injuries litigation actions arising out of accidents at work and advising clients on the construction of OHS legislation.

Dave Robinson, Secretary, Unions WA will also discuss his views on OHS practices in the Mining Industry and what in the Unions view needs to be done to improve OHS.
