Industrial Relations Society of WA

The IR Society of WA is an independent, non-partisan association which fosters discussion and debate on the wide range of issues affecting the employer employee relationship.

We welcome members from all sectors involved in industrial relations including unions and union officials, employers and employer organisations, government labour relations practitioners, academics and students, lawyers, advocates and consultants from private practice.

The Society is a member of the Australian Labour and Employment Relations Association  (formerly the IRS of Australia) which has organisations in most states and territories of Australia. The Australian society has links with similar international organisations.
